Role & responsibilities
- Connect with Indian nurses and working professionals interested in overseas career opportunities in Germany and Japan.
- Counsel candidates about overseas job opportunities and career perks.
- Promote German language training programs and caregiving career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain candidate details and lead status in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales/conversion targets.
- Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth candidate onboarding.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Good English communication skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
