Job Location: Sector 65, Noida
Eligibility:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 months of Customer Support experience.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
Training:
- Duration: 10-15 Days
- Training Stipend: Rs.100/- per day
Working Schedule:
- 6 Days Working
- Sunday Fixed Off
Shift Timing:
- 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
