Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn & other platforms.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and close positions.
- Manage multiple technical requirements and meet hiring targets.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Domestic IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, screening & communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of the Indian IT hiring market.
- NO US/UK candidates
- Immediate joiners preferred.
