About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent sourcing for our university, while supporting overall people management within the organization. The role involves hiring across academic and administrative positions including Assistant Professors, Registrar, and administration staff — and requires an understanding of university-specific hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and administrative positions (Assistant Professors, Registrar, administration staff, and other university roles)
2. Source and screen candidates through job portals, academic networks, referrals, and professional platforms– Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and academic panels
3. Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires
4. Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future academic and administrative hiring needs

Support people management initiatives — employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention efforts– Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR reports
6. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day HR support
7. Collaborate with department heads and academic leadership to understand hiring and workforce requirements

Eligibility Criteria
– Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)– Prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and onboarding.
—Preferably from an EdTech or university/higher-education background.
– Familiarity with hiring for academic/faculty positions is a strong plus.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills– Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
– People-first mindset with a good understanding of employee engagement practices.
