What You'll Do

- Handle and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM applications
• Work on high-priority incidents and customer escalations
• Troubleshoot application and production issues
• Collaborate with Support, TAMs & Engineering teams
• Communicate directly with customers and provide timely updates
• Drive issues through mitigation and resolution
• Build strong relationships with strategic customers
