Responsibilities

- Sound understanding of Employee Background Verification (BGV) processes and full lifecycle management within a forensics investigations and compliance environment. Strong command over service delivery metrics including SLA, TAT, UTV%, BT%, and quality benchmarks to monitor process performance. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting for accurate tracking, analysis, and presentation of operational data. Ability to analyze trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and compliance outcomes. Experienced in client governance, escalation management, and process improvement initiatives with a focus on reporting accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications




- Graduation or Post-Graduation (Preferred)

Experience
- BGV Experience (5+ years) Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of direct client-facing experience, independently managing client relationships, governance calls, service reviews, and escalations. Experience handling multiple enterprise clients will be preferred.
