JD - Warehouse Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, dispatch, stock movement, and warehouse discipline.

The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating stock transfers, supporting timely dispatches, and ensuring adherence to warehouse processes, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound receipt, put-away, storage, picking, packing, replacements, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely execution of dispatch plans and order fulfilment requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, ageing, damaged, dead, and excess stock.
- Coordinate inter-warehouse stock transfers as required.
- Coordinate with planning and other concerned teams for replenishment and stock availability.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory and provide relevant inputs to management.
- Coordinate outbound logistics and vehicle loading to ensure timely dispatch.
- Track dispatch turnaround time and support improvement in on-time delivery performance.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, safety,



and quality standards within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with applicable warehouse documentation and statutory requirements, including GST/e-way bill processes.
- Maintain daily operational records, inventory reports, and MIS.
- Track key warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, dispatch TAT, order fulfilment, shrinkage, and damages.
- Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and other departments for smooth warehouse operations.
- Support cost-control and process-improvement initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

- Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet dispatch timelines.
- Process-oriented approach with a focus on safety, housekeeping, and discipline.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations preferred.
- Experience in inventory management, inbound/outbound operations, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.
- Experience in consumer durables, FMCG, FMEG, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
