Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop contemporary ethnic wear collections in line with the brands aesthetic.
- Research trends, fabrics, colours, embroideries, and silhouettes.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed design concepts.
- Coordinate with artisans, embroiderers, pattern makers, and production teams for sampling and execution.
- Develop collections from concept to final product while maintaining quality and design consistency.
- Work closely with the prominent designer/founder on design direction and collection development.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Indian ethnic wear, textiles, embroidery, and craftsmanship.
- Excellent sketching and design development skills.
- Positive knowledge of fabrics, fits, and garment construction.
- Strong creative sense with attention to detail.
- Prior experience working with a prominent fashion designer or established designer label is preferred.
