- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls from patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers in a qualified manner.
- Identify and address issues related to claims processing, payment posting, and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
