About Nirmaan
Nirmaan Organization is a national-level NGO working towards skill development, education, employability, and livelihood enhancement for youth across India. We focus on empowering underserved communities through training, career guidance, and sustainable employment opportunities.

We're looking for a Coordinator – Placements cum Mobilization who can connect trained candidates with real employment opportunities while also mobilizing eligible youth for our skill development programs. If you have strong networking abilities with HRs/IT companies and love field-driven, people-first work — this role is for you.

What you'll be doing:

Placement Coordination
Build strong relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers in IT and related industries
Identify placement opportunities through corporate tie-ups and recruitment drives
Coordinate interviews, walk-ins, virtual hiring drives, and campus recruitment
Track candidate selection, onboarding status, and placement targets
Prepare placement reports, employer databases, and hiring trackers

Mobilization Activities




Mobilize candidates through field visits, college connect activities, social media, and community outreach
Coordinate with colleges, institutions, and training centers for candidate sourcing
Conduct awareness sessions, orientation programs, and candidate counselling
Maintain accurate candidate data, attendance, and mobilization records

Stakeholder Management
Build professional relationships with corporate HRs and industry partners
Represent the organization at job fairs, placement events, and networking meetings

What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree
1 to 3 years of experience in placements, recruitment coordination, or mobilization activities
Solid communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
Ability to work on targets and manage multiple activities simultaneously
Good corporate connections within the IT industry — an added advantage
