Role & responsibilities
1. Assist patients with movement, transportation, and basic non-medical support within the hospital premises.
2. Ensure patient rooms, wards, and common areas are clean, organized, and ready for use.
3. Support nursing staff in shifting patients, handling equipment, and attending to patient needs.
4. Maintain hygiene, safety, and hospital protocols while providing courteous assistance to patients and visitors.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Minimum 10th/12th pass with relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility preferred.
2. Physically fit and capable of handling patient transfers and routine ward activities.
3. Valuable communication skills, polite behavior, and a patient-centric approach.
4. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and emergencies.
