Description:

Gather and analyze business requirements for Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives.

Support business analysis, testing, migration planning, and coexistence activities.

Work closely with stakeholders to document requirements, user stories, process flows, risks, issues, and migration readiness assessments.

Coordinate user communications, training sessions, adoption programs, and business validations.

Perform data analysis and assist in change management activities during migration programs.

Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions.Role & responsibilities

Mandatory skills

Solid experience in Microsoft 365 technologies, including:
SharePoint Online
OneDrive
Power Platform
Microsoft Entra ID
Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services
Business Analysis experience of 5-8+ years.
Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience supporting large-scale migration and transformation projects.
