We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to create applied AI solutions by combining statistics, machine learning, and NLP for real, measurable impact. You will take part in complex initiatives from data preparation through deployment, collaborating broadly to deliver scalable results.

Responsibilities

- Deliver AI solutions covering classification, clustering, anomaly detection, and NLP
- Employ statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to resolve complex challenges
- Produce production-ready code and run data analysis using Python and SQL
- Architect workflows for model development and apply feature engineering methods
- Apply Azure AI Search to improve how business users access data and models
- Partner with developers and project managers and use GitLab and Jira effectively
- Improve data pipelines and optimize model performance for practical applications
- Present technical ideas clearly to audiences with varied expertise
- Incorporate emerging technologies into projects to support problem solving
- Participate in Agile workflows and perform UNIX command line tasks when required

Requirements





- Extensive experience including 5+ years of skilled practice in Data Science
- Comprehensive knowledge of statistical data analysis, machine learning, and NLP with awareness of practical constraints
- High proficiency in Python and SQL, including libraries that enable effective data analysis
- Relevant background building AI solutions across classification, clustering, or NLP
- Understanding of ML Ops and feature engineering methods used in model workflows
- Readiness to use Azure AI Search for business-focused model delivery
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and versioning tools like GitLab
- Experience with Jira for project tracking and working within Agile workflows
- Ability to work via UNIX command line and apply innovative technology solutions
- B2 level of English (Upper-Intermediate) or higher with strong technical communication ability

Nice to have

- Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Big Data tools, and containerization solutions
- Capability with data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively
