- Experience in Tosca installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in managing workspaces, repositories, and execution environments.
- Experience with ALM Octane integration and defect management.
- Good communication and coordination skills with project teams and stakeholders.
- Taking ownership of day-to-day administration and support activities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with minimal supervision.
