Role Overview

The Corporate Communications Lead will develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with the companys business growth, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, and corporate reporting. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping the corporate narrative and safeguarding company reputation.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Communications & Reputation Management: Shape and elevate the global corporate voice and brand narrative across the biopharmaceutical market.
- Media & Public Relations: Lead media relations, draft press releases, manage press conferences, and handle thought leadership initiatives.
- Crisis & Issues Management: Develop and implement crisis communication frameworks to protect corporate reputation during sensitive situations, clinical trial challenges, or product recalls.
- Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all scientific, corporate, and financial messaging complies with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, CDSCO, or local Promotion Codes) and MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory)

- Executive & Internal Communications: Partner closely with senior leadership on executive visibility and change management, while driving internal communications programs that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support investor-facing communications, strategic announcements, and CSR initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Life Sciences.
- Experience: 15+ years of public relations or corporate communications experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated healthcare industry.
- Regulatory Fluency: Solid, demonstrated understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance considerations regarding pharma communications.
- Skills: Superior writing and storytelling ability, crisis management, agency management, and cross-functional leadership.
