Job Overview

TekSkills is looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT/Technical Recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures.

The recruiter will primarily work on C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements and should be comfortable explaining the C2H hiring model to candidates and managing the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Ensure candidates join as per the committed joining date.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

C2H Hiring Responsibilities

- Work extensively on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment requirements.
- Source candidates who are comfortable with the C2H employment model.
- Clearly explain the C2H process, contract terms, project requirements,



and conversion possibility to candidates.
- Ensure candidates understand that the initial employment will be on a contract basis, with potential conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business requirements.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates during the hiring and onboarding process.
- Minimize candidate dropouts, offer rejections, and early attrition through effective candidate engagement.
- Coordinate documentation, background verification, onboarding, and joining formalities as required.
- Track candidate status from submission interview selection offer onboarding joining.
- Prior experience in C2H / Contract Staffing / IT Contract Hiring will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with C2H / Contract Hiring is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of IT recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Good experience with LinkedIn , Naukri and job portals.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and screen technical resumes.
- Strong candidate management and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
