About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional/technical grounding in Oracle EBS along with strong program and project management capabilities, working across a multi-vendor, dual-shore delivery environment.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of overall Oracle EBS experience, with demonstrated Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in at least one EBS module/cycle
- Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations, including at least 1 R12 full-cycle implementation
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, gap/fit analysis, solution design, and configuration
- Proficiency in preparing OUM/AIM methodology documentation
- Strong project/program management experience, ideally with formal PM certification (PMP preferred)
- Proven ability to work effectively in multi-vendor environments as a team-oriented team player
- Experience working in a dual-shore (onshore/offshore) delivery model




- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive resolution of critical/priority issues
- Working knowledge of raising and managing Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs) and coordinating with Oracle support teams
- Clear understanding of Oracle Apps technical architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

- Program and project management across the full implementation lifecycle
- Project team organization, structuring, and resource planning/oversight
- Project planning and scheduling using System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology
- Define and drive implementation approach and delivery milestones
- Regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify, advise on, and mitigate project risks proactively
- Support Go-Live readiness assessments and cutover planning
- Own issue tracking, escalation, and resolution processes
- Coordinate solution design and configuration activities with functional/technical teams
