Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Malayalam Speaking Telesales Associates (Freshers) nd experience both to join our growing team. In this role, you will interact with Malayalam-speaking customers, understand their requirements, explain relevant products/services, and guide them through purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and handle incoming customer inquiries in Malayalam.

- Explain product/service offerings clearly, highlighting features, advantages, and value propositions.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or packages.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for customer outreach and sales conversions.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales status in the system.

- Build positive relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and trust.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education:



Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Malayalam (verbal communication is mandatory). Working knowledge of English or Hindi is a plus.

- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

- Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, quick learner with a positive mindset toward sales.

- Basic computer literacy and phone etiquette.
