About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales / Business Development professional with experience in IT Staffing / C2H (Contract-to-Hire) to drive client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Connect with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, Procurement teams and hiring managers across IT organizations.
- Promote IT staffing, C2H and recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements.
- Maintain MIS, CRM updates and daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Skills

- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / IT Staffing.
- Prior experience in C2H / Contract Staffing / Recruitment Services is preferred.
- Strong cold calling and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with HR, TA, Procurement and Business stakeholders.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures and revenue generation.
- Good knowledge of the IT staffing/recruitment market.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from IT Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, C2H, Contract Staffing or Talent Solutions backgrounds will be preferred.
