Location : Bangalore - F2F / Hyderabad - Virtual / Coimbatore - Virtual

Level : A And SA level CWR

Shift : 24/7 Rotational

Level : CWR - A (3+ to 5 + Relevant in Load Balancer + A10)

Level : CWR SA ( 5+ to 8+ Relevant in Load Balancer + A10)

JD: Load Balancing Engineer / Specialist

Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise load balancing solutions to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage load balancers on A10 Networks and Cloud load balancing skills.
- Implement traffic distribution strategies (round robin, least connections, weighted).
- Ensure application availability and performance through redundancy and failover.
- Troubleshoot load balancing issues across multi-tier architectures.




- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to optimize delivery.
- Maintain documentation, policies, and compliance for load balancing infrastructure.

Primary Skills

- Expertise in enterprise load balancers (Primary skills - A10 Networks, Cloud load balancing ( AWS/GCP/Azure) Secondary - Arista Networks, F5, Citrix NetScaler, HAProxy, etc.).
- Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
- Experience with application delivery controllers (ADC).
- Familiarity with cloud-native load balancing (AWS ELB/ALB, Azure Front Door).

Secondary Skills

- Scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Ansible).
- Knowledge of DNS, firewalls, and reverse proxies.
- Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD integration for application delivery.
