Location: Hyderabad
Cab Facility: 2-way cab within a 23 KM radius
Shifts: Rotational shifts
Week-offs: Rotational week-offs

ONLY EXPERIENCE CAN ELIGIBLE (No freshers)

Salary

- 6to18 months experience: 32,000 take-home
- 19+ months experience: 37,000 take-home

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Accurately update customer information and call details in CRM systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures, company policies, and quality guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills
- Positive verbal communication and customer-handling skills
- Relevant international voice process experience preferred

- Immediate joiners preferred
