Must-have Skills

- Expert-level full stack development across UI, services, and databases
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- React
- .NET Core
- Python
- PostgreSQL

- Proven ability to set up and maintain:

- Unit testing
- Integration testing
- End-to-end (E2E) testing

- Practical experience using AI with IDEs such as VS Code and Cursor
- Knowledge of GenAI, including Agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, orchestration, and MCP
- Experience with AWS Cloud
- Experience with Docker
- Innovative mindset, passion for technology, solid ownership
- Team player, results-oriented, strong collaboration skills

Good-to-have Skills

- Microservices and distributed systems experience
- Observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing)
- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) exposure
- Secure API design and modern authentication/authorization patterns

Experience building reusable accelerators, templates, or internal developer platforms
