Role & responsibilities

Key Requirements

- Strong understanding of data management principles, including data organization, data quality, validation, and governance
- Proven experience in data analysis, including interpreting data, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights
- Ability to draw insights from data and recommend or support corrective actions based on analysis
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, data cleansing, and analytical modeling
- Working knowledge of Power Apps to support and streamline data management and analysis processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders
- Demonstrated independent project management skills, including the ability to manage tasks autonomously, prioritize work, track progress,



and deliver against deadlines with minimal oversight
- Ability to support the design and enhancement of effective reporting and tracking mechanisms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large and/or complex datasets
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to translate analysis into practical business recommendations
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting dashboarding, reporting, or analytics-focused teams
- Familiarity with process improvement and automation of manual data tasks
- Experience using digital tools to improve reporting efficiency and data workflows
- Ability to assess and simplify huge data sets effectively
