Job Summary:-

Futura Illumination Studio is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Associate to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a strong career in accounting and finance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journal entries, and vouchers.
- Assist with bank reconciliation, cash book, petty cash, and daily accounting transactions.
- Record transactions using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Verify invoices, bills, payments, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other tax compliance activities.
- Support preparation of trial balance, financial statements, and MIS reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing and account finalization.
- Identify discrepancies and support timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients on accounting-related matters.

Skills & Qualifications:-

- Bachelors degree in B.Com,



Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 01 year of experience in accounting; freshers are welcome.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS is preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
