TOSCA Administrator

Experience: 6-8 years
Location: PAN India / Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced TOSCA Administrator to manage and support the Tricentis Tosca automation testing platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tosca administration, installation, configuration, workspace management, and integration with ALM Octane. The role requires excellent communication and coordination skills to support project teams and ensure smooth platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage the Tricentis Tosca platform, including user creation, access management, and role assignments.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance of Tosca environments.
- Manage workspaces, repositories, execution environments, and distributed execution infrastructure.
- Support and maintain ALM Octane integration, defect management processes, and related tool configurations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely support to project teams.
- Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability, availability, and security.




- Take ownership of day-to-day administration and operational support activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and testing teams to address tool-related requirements.
- Support Agile/Scrum teams by enabling efficient test automation processes.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Tricentis Tosca Administration.
- Expertise in Tosca installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with workspace, repository, and execution environment management.
- Experience with ALM Octane integration and defect management workflows.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of test automation lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience in enterprise-scale Tosca environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD integration and testing tools is an added advantage.
