Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Staffing Lead with strong expertise in contract staffing and IT & Non-It recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end contract hiring requirements, driving recruitment delivery, managing client/vendor relationships, and leading a team of 3–4 recruiters.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of the contract staffing ecosystem, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work on multiple requirements with tight turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Staffing & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end contract hiring requirements across various IT/ No-IT technologies and skill sets.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Drive sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, social media, and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups,



offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for frequently hired and niche technologies.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions and improve interview-to-selection ratios.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 Recruiters.
- Allocate requirements among team members based on workload, skill set, and priority.
- Monitor daily recruitment activity, productivity, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to improve team performance.
- Set and track individual and team recruitment targets/KPIs.
- Support recruiters in difficult/niche requirements and critical closures.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of recruitment delivery.
- Participate in requirement discussions and clarify skill, experience, budget, and availability expectations.
- Provide regular hiring status updates and recruitment reports.
- Handle escalations related to candidate quality, interview scheduling, offer dropouts, and onboarding.
