Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Job Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle international voice process.
- 0-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Solid knowledge of international BPO processes and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM applications, and multiple systems.




- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on international time zones.
- Good typing and basic computer proficiency.
- Candidates with prior International Voice / International BPO / Customer Support experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered, depending on the process.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma, depending on process requirements.
- Relevant customer service or international voice experience will be an added advantage.

Experience

Freshers to 7 years depending on the process and business requirement.
