Role & responsibilities

Ensures that products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards through inspection, testing, and continuous improvement.

Testing and Verification, QC management,

QC responsibilities include inspecting products for defects, reviewing blueprints/specifications, conducting tests on raw and finished materials, documenting results, identifying quality issues, and recommending corrective actions, as supported by BLS and O*NET data.

• Place material/product on HOLD where quality or food-safety requirements are not met.

• Recommend rejection or other appropriate disposition of non-conforming material/product.

• Require corrective action for quality deviations.

• Stop an affected operation where there is a genuine risk to product quality or food safety, with escalation

to the Factory Head/Management.
