Regional Sourcing Manager – Gold Loan

Work Location

Vizag | Hyderabad | Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage college/university tie-ups across the assigned region.
- Develop strong relationships with Placement Officers, TPOs and Career Cells.
- Plan and execute campus hiring drives, job fairs and recruitment events.
- Source and attract fresh graduates and entry-level talent for Gold Loan branches.
- Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interview coordination and selection.
- Build a strong campus talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with Branch Heads,



Regional Heads and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Track campus hiring performance, joining ratios and recruitment targets.
- Identify new colleges and institutions to expand the regional talent sourcing network.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of regional manpower requirements.
