We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and OTL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide functional expertise.
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for Core HR, Payroll, and OTL modules.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on current systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in Core HR, Payroll, and OTL modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
