Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the team responsible for providing application support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain documentation for knowledge sharing among team members, including troubleshooting guides, process flows, and procedure manuals.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on complex issue resolution techniques.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in application production support or similar role.
- Robust understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
