Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced qualified to join our team in US Staffing Operations.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

- VMS/MSP tools
- Timesheet processing
- Billing
- Staffing operations
- ATS/VMS platforms

Industry Experience:

US Staffing / IT Consulting preferred

Tools:

MS Excel | VMS/ATS Platforms | MS Outlook | Microsoft Teams

Key Responsibilities:

The role will involve coordinating with clients, Account Managers, consultants, Recruiting, Payroll, Billing, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day staffing operations.
