Support the successful onboarding, implementation and ongoing delivery of Verifications, Affordability Passport & Support Hub products by coordinating internal teams, managing delivery activities and ensuring an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage onboarding activities through to completion.
- Review and validate delivery prerequisites and documentation.
- Coordinate client testing, UAT and production go-lives.
- Maintain delivery trackers, reports and governance documentation.
- Manage client communications throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Investigate delivery issues and coordinate resolution activities.
- Work with GTM, Product, Engineering, Security and Support teams.
- Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, controls and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement and documentation enhancements.




- Support client escalations and service recovery activities.
- Review Data Subject Access Requests, ensuring requests are completed within required service levels and regulatory requirements.
