Role & responsibilities

Skills: Azure DevOps, ITIL, REST API, JSON and Webhooks

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment Phase:

Analyse current workflows in Azure DevOps and TopDesk related to Change and Incident Management.

Identify integration points, data flow requirements, and automation opportunities.

Evaluate TopDesk API capabilities and Azure DevOps extensibility options.

Implementation Phase:

Design and develop API-based integration between Azure DevOps and TopDesk.

Implement automated ticket creation, status updates, and change tracking.

Ensure secure and reliable data exchange between platforms.

Configure Azure DevOps pipelines to interact with TopDesk for change approvals and incident logging.

Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with the TopDesk Engineer to align on API usage, authentication,



and data models.

Provide documentation and training for support teams and stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards).

Solid understanding of ITSM processes, especially Change Management and Incident Management.

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks.

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

Experience with CI/CD and automation frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
