Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with 6+ years of experience to drive end-to-end solution design, lead development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery of scalable applications. The role involves ownership of backend architecture using Java technologies, guidance on UI development (Angular and React Native), and strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the analysis of business requirements and define robust technical solutions and architecture
- Drive design and development of Java-based backend systems using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Oversee UI development efforts using Angular (web) and React Native (mobile)
- Design and govern RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization
- Review code, conduct technical design discussions, and ensure quality deliverables
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues, production incidents, and system bottlenecks
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams
- Drive Agile practices, sprint planning, and technical estimations
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and workflows

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Core Java, OOPs, and multithreading concepts
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot,



Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA
- Solid experience in designing microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of Angular (2+) and good working knowledge of React Native
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines
- Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
- Experience in system integration and distributed systems

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Exposure to security best practices and API governance
