We are seeking an experienced Network ISE & Wireless Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in campus network design, deployment, and migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering large-scale wired and wireless network rollouts across enterprise environments, ensuring high performance, security, and minimal business disruption.

Position Summary

The Rollout Engineer will design, deploy, and migrate enterprise campus networks across multiple locations. This role involves validating designs, executing site rollouts, and ensuring seamless cutovers. The engineer will collaborate with architects, wireless specialists, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end network transformation projects.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong experience in campus network architecture (Core, Distribution, Access layers)
- Hands-on expertise in wired and wireless network deployment
- Experience with Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) for network access control
- Strong knowledge of:
- VLANs, STP, EtherChannel
- L2/L3 networking and redundancy protocols
- Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)

- Experience in wireless technologies:

- Access Points (APs), Wireless Controllers
- RF optimization, channel planning, roaming

- Experience in site surveys and capacity planning
- Knowledge of network security and authentication mechanisms (802.1X, NAC)
- Ability to create and interpret HLD and LLD designs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Campus Network Design & Implementation

- Implement end-to-end campus network designs including core,



distribution, and access layers
- Configure LAN infrastructure including VLANs, routing, and redundancy protocols
- Validate High-Level Designs (HLD) and convert them into Low-Level Designs (LLD)
- Conduct site surveys, capacity planning, and readiness assessments

Wired Network Deployment

- Deploy and configure switches (access, distribution, core)
- Configure STP, VLANs, EtherChannel, and routing protocols (OSPF/EIGRP/BGP)
- Integrate campus networks with enterprise infrastructure
- Execute cutovers and migration with rollback strategies

Wireless Network Deployment

- Conduct wireless site surveys (predictive and in office validation)
- Deploy and configure access points, controllers, and WLAN services
- Optimize RF performance including channel planning and power settings
- Implement secure wireless authentication and segmentation policies

Rollout & Migration Execution

- Execute rollout strategies across multiple sites/regions
- Perform pre-deployment checks and post-implementation validation
- Troubleshoot issues during migration and stabilization phases
- Coordinate with field teams for installation and readiness

Documentation & Handover

- Prepare LLDs, deployment diagrams, and as-built documentation
- Maintain network inventory and topology records
- Provide knowledge transfer (KT) and handover to operations/NOC teams

Cross-Team Collaboration

- Work closely with architects, wireless SMEs, security teams, and vendors
- Contribute to design improvements based on field experience
- Participate in technical discussions, workshops, and project meetings
