Role Purpose
To drive the development, industry relevance, student outcomes, and market growth of three assigned academic departments, contributing to improved placements, fee growth, and university revenue.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the development of assigned departments.
- Coordinate with faculty to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
- Develop industry connections for placements, internships, projects, and MoUs.
- Identify and pursue grants, funding, CSR, and sponsored opportunities.
- Monitor departmental compliance, documentation, reports, and deadlines.
- Ensure effective ground-level execution of departmental.
- Identify industry and market gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Track student employability, placement performance, and employer feedback.




- Prepare regular department-wise performance reports for management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, education, placements, corporate relations, or operations.
- Robust communication, networking, relationship management, execution, and reporting skills.
- Experience in the higher-education sector will be an advantage.
