Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging short & long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube & TikTok.
- Create Reels, Shorts and social media content focused on retention.
- Add subtitles, text overlays, music, transitions & basic graphics.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
- Stay updated with latest content and editing trends.
Requirements
- 13 years of video editing experience, preferably 2+ years in social media content.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling & audience retention.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
- Good English communication skills.
- Organized, creative and able to manage multiple projects.
- Valuable to Have: Motion graphics, basic sound design, Canva/Figma & AI editing tools experience.
