Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning paths. Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable programs. Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively explaining course advantages and career outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners throughout the admission process. Conduct counselling sessions through phone calls, video meetings, and face-to-face interactions. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
