Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide comprehensive business analysis services to identify client needs and develop effective solutions using Netsuite's CRM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized workflows, reports, and dashboards for client projects.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on optimal usage of Netsuite software applications.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for issues related to Netsuite functionality.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Netsuite's CRM platform to continuously improve service delivery.

Job Requirements :

- Strong understanding of Business Analysis principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Netsuite's CRM platform (SPM) including customization options.
- Experience working with CRM systems is desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is necessary.
