- Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments through calls and field visits.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers' residences/business locations as required.
- Collect outstanding EMI payments within the assigned area.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Follow up with delinquent customers and understand reasons for payment delays.
- Negotiate suitable repayment solutions within approved company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and field visits.
- Update collection status in the company's system/app on a daily basis.
