Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.




- Manage employee onboarding and maintain employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Assist with performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Handle employee exit formalities, exit interviews, and relieving documentation.
- Act as the sole HR skilled, independently managing and overseeing all HR functions and responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
