About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership, analytical Business Operations (BizOps) professional to help drive growth and operational excellence across our e-commerce business through seller and vendor central.
You will work closely with leadership and teams across growth, category, marketing, supply chain, product to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and execute initiatives that improve revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Own and monitor key e-commerce metrics including GMV, revenue, orders, AMS.
- Identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable business initiatives.
- Work with category and merchandising teams to improve assortment, pricing, promotions, and product performance.
- Monitor inventory, availability, fulfillment and other operational metrics.
- Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through execution and impact measurement.




- Support leadership on strategic projects, planning, forecasting, and other high-priority initiatives.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, business operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, category management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of e-commerce metrics.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Solid understanding of listings, revenue, margins, marketing and marketplace/e-commerce operations.
- Excellent communication.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of problems end-to-end.
- High attention to detail and a strong bias toward action.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit or other e-commerce/marketplace businesses.
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics, pricing, listing, promotions.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
