The role requires strong functional and technical knowledge of enterprise labeling solutions, regulatory compliance processes, incident management, change implementation, and stakeholder engagement across manufacturing and quality organizations. Provide technical leadership for enterprise labeling solutions leveraging FAM Loftware and SAP EHS GLM. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues impacting manufacturing and packaging operations. Analyze business requirements and support application enhancements and process improvements. Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Global IT teams. Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions. Support application releases, upgrades,



configuration changes, and testing activities. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, change governance, and regulatory requirements.
