Job Summary

Shape how our AI systems think and respond. Youll design, test, and optimise prompts across LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) to power AI agents, chatbots, and automation workflows for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Design and iterate on prompts for LLM-based products (agents, chatbots, automation)
- Evaluate model outputs and optimise for accuracy, tone, and efficiency
- Build prompt libraries and document best practices
- Work with the AI engineering team to embed prompts into production pipelines
- Run structured experiments to measure prompt performance
- Stay current with LLM capabilities, fine-tuning techniques, and new models

Requirements

- 1+ year working with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent)




- Deep understanding of prompt engineering patterns (chain-of-thought, few-shot, RAG)
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks preferred
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with A/B testing and iteration
- Excellent written English for crafting accurate instructions
