Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and space planning of co-working environments, focusing on flexibility, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Develop architectural and interior design drawings, construction documents, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align designs with BHIVE’s brand.
- Integrate sustainable practices and the latest design trends into projects.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and timely construction.
- Prepare layouts as per client requirement & BHIVE Standards
- Work closely with account managers on providing layouts as requested.
- Collaborate with QS & Procurement for Additional Costing to Client
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and solution details.
