Job Summary
You will build and manage relationships with schools, counsellors, and other partners to expand Ashoka University's reach and drive student acquisition for the undergraduate programme. The role involves implementing outreach strategies, developing new relationships, and delivering presentations, interactive sessions, career fairs, and academic workshops. You will also manage events such as principals' meets and open houses, working closely with the Regional Manager to strengthen outreach across the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Relationship Management/Business Development: Building recent relationships with schools, increasing market reach and penetration in assigned territory. Nurturing and managing existing and prospective relationships with school administrators, counsellors and third parties/business associates to set up interactions with students and parents of target groups.
- Strategy: Implementation of outreach strategies to maximise visibility and reach to target audience for UG programme; Business Development - new customer acquisition.
- People:
Working in close coordination with the Regional Manager.
- Operations: Efficient implementation of outreach initiatives like delivering presentations and interactive sessions, participation in career fairs, etc.; Managing events such as principals' meets, press briefings, open houses; Organising academic workshops run by faculty at schools or sites.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's or equivalent
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience with premier organisations
- Willingness to travel extensively
