Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction and interior work at the project site.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings.
- Read and interpret working drawings, details, sections, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, materials, and workmanship at site.
- Monitor quality of civil, masonry, plaster, flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other interior works.
- Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets when required.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and update the project team.
- Monitor material deliveries, material usage, and site storage.




- Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding work sequences and deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report defects or deviations.
- Assist in preparing work estimates, quantity calculations, and contractor bills.
