Understand the products - technically, USPs, application, competition. Make cold calls with customers, work on specs, give quotes, negotiate and achieve
Follow up, participate tenders, technical bid, price bid

Required Candidate profile

Provide application support to customers including in office visits and/ or telephonic support, web support etc.
Give product demonstrations
Should have worked with Microarray, NGS,Tape station, RTPCR
