Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall Quality function for the Lighting Division.

• Ensure quality of Head Lamps, Tail Lamps, LED Lamps and other

automotive lighting products.

• Drive Incoming, In-Process and Final Quality activities.

• Handle customer complaints, 8D, CAPA and root-cause analysis.

• Monitor and reduce Customer PPM, rejection, rework and internal defects.

• Ensure implementation of IATF 16949 and customer-specific

requirements.

• Lead APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA and SPC activities.

• Conduct internal/process/product audits and ensure timely closure of findings.

• Coordinate with Production, PPC, D&D;, Purchase and Suppliers for quality

improvement.

• Drive Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S and continuous improvement.





• Prepare and review quality KPIs and present performance to management.

• Lead and develop the Quality team.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering.

8 to 12 years of experience in Automotive / Auto Components.

Experience in Automotive Lighting will be highly preferred.

Robust knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D.

Good knowledge of customer quality requirements and audit processes.

Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
